The German School Beverly Hills Cairo is a private international school. The kindergarten section of the school consists of a nursery, kindergarten, and a one-year pre-kindergarten. Following the kindergarten, there is a four-year elementary school, which leads to the lower secondary level, completed after the 10th grade with the first level of the German secondary school diploma. The school's program at the higher level allows students to obtain the German International Baccalaureate (GIB) after 12 years of study.
