I am highly disappointed with Kayan College and the way it handles its admissions process. As a parent, I expected transparency, professionalism, and respect, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
The school’s communication is severely lacking. Emails seeking clarification on important matters, such as the criteria for admissions, go unanswered, leaving parents in the dark. This lack of response reflects a disregard for parents’ concerns and undermines trust in the institution.
Furthermore, the admissions process itself is neither clear nor transparent. There is no explanation of the benchmarks or criteria used for evaluations, which raises serious questions about the fairness and integrity of their process. Unfortunately, this gives the impression that the school may be more focused on collecting application fees than genuinely evaluating candidates.
As parents, we invest significant time, effort, and financial resources in choosing the right school for our children. It’s disheartening to see an institution fall short in providing the respect and transparency that families deserve.
I cannot recommend Kayan College to other parents unless they make significant improvements in their communication and admissions practices.
